We needed the process to be priortiesed due to our landlord looking to end the lease as he needed to sell. Darcy ensured that documents were actioned as soon as they arrived. Her communication with the third party was exceptional, ensuring an action plan to get each point addressed. The fees were more expensive than the other solicitors, but I feel the service that I was provided and the timescales in which Darcy actioned my request warranted the additional. Regarding negatives, I struggle to find any. They have a portal which has clear updates and a link which shows the process at each stage.
