        Arbicon executed professionalism from start to finish during our case. Adjudication can be daunting, especially for a small company like ours, but with Arbicon on our side, we felt very comfortable and confident in achieving the correct result against a much larger company. I would not hesitate to recommend Arbicon to anyone!

        We spoke with Arbicon as soon as a problem arose with our builders. they were able to grasp the problem from the off and offered a free appraisal of the situation very quickly. Thankfully, once we instructed them, they were able to serve a Pay Less Notice and avert us having to pay the spurious charges, which the builder could have insisted legally by default (Not many people know that!). They were fantastic at supplying a forensic examination of all invoice and costs, something a lawyer would have had to commission separately. Not a cheap but a darn site cheaper than a lawyer and far more knowledgable. The builder eventually went bust, but thanks to Arbicon, at least he didn't pocket the 95,000 he was trying to dishonestly grab from us.
