Emailed before Christmas to let me know my claim had been settled and i would be receiving an amount of money.
After 2 months i chased this as no contact had been made.
With in a week i was sent an email to verify my bank details so that a payment could be made in days! A month on and still no payment.
Worst still, they now appear to not answer the phone on the dedicated VW line and suspicions are starting that they have just taken my money, as well as their hugely inflated percentage and fees and gone off on a jolly.
BE VERY CAUTIOS OF THIS COMPANY!
