Amazing customer service to every appointment that I went to, the staff were always very friendly. I went for my LASEK surgery with -6 in both eyes and a month later achieved a result of seeing 20/20 plus on both eyes. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a laser eye to go to Optical Express, my surgery was quite expensive however it was well worth it.

Was very impressed with the whole process, very friendly staff and the optometrist for the initial check-up was brilliant, a very knowledgeable and lovely guy. The actual procedure was strange but the doctor and supporting staff were fantastic, made me feel incredibly comfortable and made the operation a breeze. Aftercare was well explained and their staff were happy to help in answering any questions I had. I'd highly recommend this place to get laser eye surgery and the price definitely reflects the quality of care that you receive. Thank you! Joel

Had a free consultation to discuss options as i have been diagnosed with a cataract in my left eye and I can honestly say that they were extremely professional in how they handled my case, they explained everything clearly and no question was to small to answer, i highly recommend if you are looking at having any eye surgery to come here, I cannot thank them enough for the help they gave me.
