I took my jaguar into Boongate Jaguar as it displayed a warning, "Failure to communicate TPMs". They investigated. I was informed the front off side sensor was faulty but since it was - along with the others - after market, they advised I had them all changed at a cost of 645. They said, fitting a jaguar sensor "May" throw the whole system out. While not an expert I know a little about radio frequencies having worked for a TV company for many years. And I know the pulse frequency from a sensor is - providing it's suitable for the car in question - identical, regardless of the make of sensor. I paid 111 inspection fee and left. The following day I went to a wheel specialist and he fitted me an after market sensor for 40 and its worked from the get go and been fine ever since. I wrote to the service manager asking him to contact me: a receptionist phoned me instead. I then wrote to head office and was told my concerns would be past onto the Director who oversees all of our Jaguar dealerships and also the Operations Director". I've heard nothing. Blatant attempt at up selling? I'll let you be the judge.

We purchased an I Pace HSE in black. We had an excellent overall buying experience made possible by Josh. He had really good knowledge of the I Pace and as a first time EV driver ha made the test drive both informative and enjoyable. Josh was able to match us with the best vehicle from Marshalls stock that our budget allowed. He even helped us to get the full deposit contribution via finance which bumped us up from an SE to the HSE. Unfortunately the vehicles paintwork had not been properly prepared, and again Josh was very proactive and arranged for a full paint correction, and polish. It now looks stunning. We found all of the sales staff very approachable and helpful.

I believe people are the most important thing in business. Had an excellent experience when buying our used car from here. Josh the Sales Executive has proved himself to be very knowledgeable and attentive without making us feel pressured in any way. Sensible negotiation, he did everything to make the experience feel professional but relaxed, plus he kindly picked me up from train station on collection day. Beautiful showroom with some superb cars and friendly welcoming staff. Josh has been in touch a couple of times post sale just to check everything is still ok. A GREAT JOB WELL DONE BY ALL! After a week we love our new car.

This is not a review for Jaguar but for the service that we have got from Billy McManus. He has gone out if his way to look after us from the start and always spot on with any issues that we have being new owners of an electric car he was very patient with us and took the time to explain things to us. He tries his best to resolve situations for us but unfortunately doesnt always get the back up that he needs. He is an asset to the Peterborough showroom and is the only person that we feel comfortable with as we know we will get his full attention. Thanks Billy for your care and attention. Neil and Lisa
