Very disappointing . Im now a year past move in. My front door is damaged, and the bathroom floor is bubbling up. I have chased these issues many times without success. I am writing this after waiting hours after the time agreed for the booked repair of my flooring. The flooring job was booked incorrectly so they couldnt actually do what was needed. I called customer service this morning and was passed from person to person, 7 calls this morning and still not able to speak to the right department and no record of the job even being booked. Very frustrating and will need to more time off work to get this issue resolved with no idea about my front door. I had to re explain my issues every time I called today and was cut off. Just feels very disorganised and chaotic with no resolve. Looking at these other reviews, most of which are negative, I can see this is becoming a more frequent issue, previously I had only heard good things about cross keys but sadly this is not my impression now.
