We sent in an enquiry for cleaning around 6 months ago, Danielle came to visit us within a day to assess our needs. It very much felt like a tailored experience from Day 1. Danielle kindly assigned somebody to clean our house for our first regular clean the following week. Jan has been cleaning our house every week ever since, and the service is superb. She is friendly, thorough and really goes the extra mile to ensure that our house is shiny and clean for each weekend :) Communication from Danielle in central office is regular, and response to emails are usually within a couple of hours if needed. I have used this service for a weekly clean. When we moved I decided to use them, because they already knew the house. We agreed on 187 GBP and I payed in advanced. It was an end of tenancy and they were supposed to send two cleaning ladies. They send one lady and she just stayed for a couple of hours.then they rescheduled for the next day. the next day, the cleaning lady was sick and could not come. Following day, one single cleaner showed up and did not get the job done. They called in the evening and pretty much black mailed my husband, if he wants the rest of the house cleaned, they would send 2 more cleaners the next day, but we would have to pay another 162GBP, or we could go with another company. Since our house inspection was two day later, we had to agree and payed the ridiculous amount of another 162 GBP and they finally got the house done, Thursday instead of Sunday. We did pass the inspection. All in one, they will screw you over just to make money. An agreement is an agreement, and if you can't honour that, maybe you should not go into business. So, I will not recommend them to anyone, unless you want really slow cleaners and a 2nd bill, before they are even done with your house. Service: Moving-related cleaning
