Shame there isn't a way to put 0 stars.. It is expressed that the site itself doesn't have reception which is fine but the Owner didn't answer the phone for 2 hours, I tried calling around 10 times and was ignored; he expressed that he sent a email with instructions but I didn't receive anything.. anyway The site still have builders in which isn't advertised, there was no heating, the electrics went out more than once and stale crisps left as a gift for customers, the building it self wasn't easy to find, down some creepy ally; doesn't indicate hotel at all.. also, people running up and down stairs making lots of noise! it was overall a bad experience! It was expressed to who I believe to be in charge but nothing was done about it, so please avoid being over charged by 65 for a room in a building site! maybe they shouldn't advertise that they have rooms available til the whole thing is complete... Isn't that just logical?
