After pretending that there was no rooms available, I went out and booked a room through their website as a result he Sat me in a dark room with no electricity and I had to wait for the room card in the dark. The gentleman had no clue what to do at all and quiet frankly didn't seem bothered by it... he promised a refund but no refund yet and no apology either.
