Congratulations Rointe in the best customer service. It is unfortunate that the product I bought from you had an oil leak after 6 years but you kept your promises and replaced hassle free. I have a Kryros oil filled radiator wall mounted - it works exceptionally well and gives a lovely gentle heat at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Bought 2 x Rointe D-Series heaters. Great product in terms of heating the room and also looks great too (in black), but not 4* as had some issues upon setup as it wasn't made clear the the products would need to be connected to the Rointe servers before they could be synced and this took several hours (overnight). The App to control the products seems pretty good and straightforward to use. * Ive uplifted my review to a 5* review as the app has been upgraded and is much improved.

Very difficult to get the serial number from the towel rail once it is fitted by installer being disabled, I find that it is very difficult to set up as the panel for doing this is situated at the bottom of the rad and diffucult to read. perhaps the numbers could be printed in the instruction manual I am having to get the installer to return and do this for me otherwise it seems like a good product

Aside from the cost they charge for a glorified 40 euro oil radiator, and as others have noted their software feels like it was built buy a college student for a first year project, they also have a fine print about their warranty not covering electrics after 3 years. When they go (and they will go after 3-5 years in my experience), your rad is useless, and replacement costs 50% of the cost of the radiator. my rad has become a very expensive and ugly decoration.

Rointe conservatory heater - attractive to look at, easy to fit and program and heats our conservatory to a comfortable temperature.
