I am disgusted at the service at this place! I usually go elsewhere but they were full booked for last minute, first of all the hairdresser was so afraid to touch hair I could not tell she was touching my hair, I asked for a bouncy blow dry and got flat saggy hair, when calling the manager over she didnt seem bothered Iv had my hair blow dryed before, and have never had a problem, I was told its my hair its not long enough its in a bad condition, no products no sprays were used utterly disappointing not professional at all kept ignoring what I wanted. It seems the workers stand around talking rather than working most of the time!! I would never go back again and dont recommend them to anyone! Iv been here before but after this time I would never go back. They need to get better workers and if they are still training let the customer know at the time of booking!! Services: Blowdry, Shampoo & conditioning
