I regret having my hair done here before they closed down due to their unprofessional behaviour. They simply couldn't do Asian hair properly and were slow and lazy. I wouldn't use them if they popped up anywhere else.

Ren is a superb hairdresser. Her skills are impeccable. I cannot express more how impressed I was by her outstanding standard of work! I had my box braids done today, from the initial consultation to the finish product was beautiful, and I would not recommend anyone else in Peterborough but her. With dedication, time and caring effort she ensures everything is done with quality, she truly goes out her way for her customers needs. I had my hair done for a festival with Flawless by Ren for a second time and couldnt of been happier with the outcome. I asked for extensions to be added to my braids for length and thickness and they turned out exactly how I hoped. Ren ordered hair that was an exact match to mine so that the blend was flawless!. Ren was really lovely and made sure my braids were perfect before finishing and they have lasted exceptionally well. Highly recommend!
