I had an excellent experience. I walked in hoping they can fit me in. They said come back in 30 which have me time to get a coffee across the street. Not only did they exceed my original intent but the company was excellent. They were extremely friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend. These pictures were a few days after.

I am usually satisfied when I visit this salon. The previous times I visited Vanessa (the owner) and another woman named Joana did my braids which turned out beautiful. During my recent visit a woman named Rute did my hair for the first time and I am very disappointed.These are NOT knotless braids.I hate my hair and will be taking it down just after having it in for 2 days. A total waste of my money. I had to ask her multiple times to redo the braids as they werent neat, my hair was sticking out of most of the braids, I even instructed her on how to tidy up my braids and edges. I could have done a better job for free at home. Not happy at all and probably wont be returning since theres no guarantee that I will be put with a stylist that I prefer. Service: Braids
