        Been going to Layla's for two years while Claire worked there and it was fantastic. Now, a totally different place, disappointed to say the least!! Unprofessional, rude charging for something they have not delivered.

        Totally disgusted with this salon who let my Granddaughter down on her special day. After showing my Granddaughter all the lovely pictures and planning her special birthday to be let down by this team on the day we had a very upset little birthday girl who thought her day was and save the day.This has been a very stressful day and who never regonna be magical. I would definitely not recommend this company for your child's special day to be ruined luckily after a stressful couple of hours we found a salon that could cater for the girls I would highly not recommend!!very cross and disappointed

        The best experience I`ve ever had with a salon! The staff was lovely and so welcoming, and I absolutely love how my balayage turned out. 100% recommend and will deffo be back myself xx
