        I was going to just report a change of circumstances and we would have get pay and be able to pay our rent but My husband's agent lied to him saying if he close his claim before the end of the month he was going to get pay and if he did not he was going to make sure he would not get paid. Now we have added more debt and are unable to make a claim from our country.

        Site opens 0900 so they make your appointment for 0900 then you are made to wait outside in freezing temp cause they dont open till 0900.

        Arrived at the door today 04.01.23, albeit very nervous! I was greeted with a very nice gentlemen that put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable, he then sat me with a lovely young lady, who listened to me, helped me to the best of her ability given my circumstances. This was an experience I was dreading, but can honestly say you made my day seem a lot better. Thank you
