Bought two oyster lamps in the Cardiff store. when I got home found that the charger did not fit to one of the lamps. Next time i was in Cardiff I explained the position and a new charger was provided without me having my receipt. Excellant customer service. Heather

I went to purchase 2 x colour changing electric wax burners at the Trafford Centre stall. These were priced at 24.99 each. When went to pay, the card reader said 59.99 meaning they had scanned at 29.99 each. I explained that these were priced at 24.99 and actually picked up the sign to show the lady. Rather than honouring the price that they were labelled at, I was told well sorry the price is now this, if you want them, fine, if not, then leave them I was gobsmacked and a little embarrassed to be honest! The stall was packed and the lady was making out that I was trying to get money off when what I was actually doing, is trying to purchase the item at the price advertised She then said, sorry but this is an old price and the system says theyve gone up now so thats what you have to pay. Surely youd sell me the item at the price you have on the item and then change it for future sales? But no, she refused and just said if you dont want to pay full price then dont make the purchase The lady was rude and defensive and had level of customer service at all. Reading the reviews, the products seems dodgy so I guess we dodged a bullet. We came home and bought a similar item from a local reputable store, so I guess you did us a favour really!

Not impressed as made a certain journey today ( New Year's Eve) to take back the glittering clam pearl that is faulty and they are CLOSED. WHAT A JOKE all other stalls are open in Chapelfield Norwich are open !!!

Lied to get the sale from the stall in Uxbridge, and now will NOT exchange or refund even with a receipt. Originally we were informed we could add fragranced liquid to the fountain which is reason why we purchased. Upon opening the package on the instructions it clearly says DO NOT use fragranced liquid. They say anything to get the sale. I would avoid and use reputable companies to purchase.

Diffuser I got as a present broke after 3 days. Mist stopped working. Tried everything to get it going but nothing worked . Buy a different brand
