Absolutely fantastic service from Mark start to finish. What a gentleman. Had an issue with a garage door with bent arms and broken springs, he came over no call out charge checked the fault, advised me on possibly outcomes give me a price and come and fixed it in the next two days. Such an quick and peaceful process. Can't recommend the guys enough, a company that actually wants to help and not just steal your money ! I have to say I'm genuinely impressed with Ridgeway garage doors, i had a sectional garage door fitted 9 months ago, they was competitive on price, pleasant to deal with, great quality door and excellent fitters. More recently (9 months later) tradesmen working at the house had managed to lock the garage and leave the keys inside completely locking me out. I called Ridgeway before looking into locksmiths to see if there was any way of getting in, they very kindly offered to come out and have a look the same day and managed to get in. I can't remember the last time i felt so looked after and was genuinely impressed by a company. They truly deserve a positive review. Thanks Guys.

Ive had two doors supplied and fitted now by Ridgeway and the service and product have been excellent on both occasions. I have recommended them to friends and wouldnt hesitate to get in touch again should I need them!
