After an accident with our bike rack and finding out our car insurance didnt cover it (!), I then saw on Facebook that A2B, who wed used to hire bike racks and roof boxes in the past, did repairs to THULE products. A couple of emails, photos of the damage and a quote from Iain, it was a no brainer to get it fixed. Better for the planet, better on our wallets and personal, professional service. An hours drive away but the only repairer of THULE in the east of England. All in all, highly recommend A2B.

We've always had fabulous communication & service from A2B. Over the years we've hired (then bought) a roof box & bars for our summer holiday, this was fitted/removed quickly at the allotted time on the date we chose. We also hired a hot tub for my sons birthday. It was set up & taken down without any fuss. Iain & Karen always give great advice before buying or hiring. I highly recommend them!
