I called them this afternoon to ask a couple of questions about my coin meter. The guy was extremely rude, said 'bye' and hung up on me in the middle of the conversation without any reason.

excellent support from Emlite, use their prepayment meters, considering the hard service life the products withstand the expected maltreatment well. Good service all round.

I think I spoke to the same rude guy. If he had just answered my question it would have taken 30 seconds but his rant about his time being wasted and useless solar installers and hopeless customers who don't ask for the info when stuff is fitted blah blah took about 3 mins. It was MY time being wasted not his. If they bothered to put a data sheet in the box with the kit we wouldn't need to call them, or put a pdf on their website, it is SO simple and would save ALL of us time.

Been using Emlite electric meters for years can't fault them. Can always get them on the phone when needed. What a great company!
