From the outset Matt was very responsive and visited for a site survey with no pressure, very courteous and professional. Kept in touch and discussed the installation options, procedure and timeframe. Installation went very smoothly and Matt and the team used, were very easy to talk to and always keeping me informed of what needdd to be done and when. I was very pleased with the end-to- end service provided. I contacted them at a very busy time (just before the Xmas break), with a short notice request for installation. Matt was very accommodating and worked to expedite an appointment for me. The communication from the company was excellent throughout. I was contacted by both Matt and the engineering team while a suitable slot was found. The technician that attended site was professional, did a very neat job, with a clear handover on completion.
