Peterborough Doors

If you want whistling windows and terrible service, phone Andy! We had our windows done by Peterbrough doors - took a year to finalise the install, Andy the owner was full of false promises along the way. 1+ years on and we are still waiting for the Fensa cert for doors and windows, two of our windows are whistling every time there's a breeze - all this is supposed to be rectified under our guarantee but Peterborough Doors are non responsive to emails so can't get them to complete the work. I paid in full, not trying to get money off, just trying to get the job done properly! Andy will default to calling you a scammer when you complain and cry that the customer is being rude and making some outrageous demands! Have had to initiate a section 75 claim as a result and reported the company to trading standards - including the multiple Gdpr breaches.The moronic response from Andy, to my review will tell you exactly what sort of company he runs and the sort of human he is!

A seamless process from beginning to end. Andy was punctual and knew his stuff, the fitters were polite, punctual, communicative and provided an excellent installation. I orignially wanted french doors which I was informed would have issues given the size of the gap I had to fill. All credit to the team for asdvising rather than just taking the money. I had a slight issue with one of the windows from the fabricators which was dealt with swiftly and with the minimum of fuss. I couldn't ask for better. Will be returning later in the year when my son's bedroom window needs replacing.
