Didn't use their services so I can't review those but I can comment on the sales approach when we went about getting a quote. The salesman was very pushy - started off with a high quote then miraculously after debating whether we would go through with it, the quote ended up more than halving by the time he had left. They mentioned the promotional offers that they were running which included getting booked in in April with surrounding properties (less than a month notice) to benefit from a cheaper price. We refused (I don't know who can commit to spending 000s spontaneously at such short notice?) and said we would look to get it done in May at the earliest. They questioned why not sooner. They then asked if we would be willing to give good reviews in exchange for a cheaper price, which made me question whether the other reviews were genuine, and made sense on how their reviews went from extremely poor to 5*s. I'm sure the windows are great as soon as they're fit, but the true quality is shown in the longevity of the windows and that they don't have issues only a few months down the line (which is what does happen judging by their other reviews). What annoyed me is that they were wanting a yes or no response immediately and to sign the paperwork straight away without giving me and my partner any time or opportunity to discuss it in private - a massive red flag when this is such a long term commitment and cost. This didn't sit right with me and appeared to be very pushy which made me doubt whether this was a genuine company. They outstayed their welcome. A lot of the reviews also said that they did an "almost perfect" job which is not good enough when you're spending thousands on a renovation! They should get it right from the start. We decided not to go ahead with it, but didn't bother getting back to them to let them know because we would probably end up getting roped into another conversation about it. I also didn't like their sarcastic responses to reviews which is very unprofessional for a "trusted business" - it just shows very poor customer service levels so I would only dread to imagine what their after care is like. It seemed too big of a risk to take and I would advise to approach with caution.

The fitters did a fantastic job but 6 weeks later and still waiting for the front door and a window to be replaced. The window was the wrong size. Twice it was ordered in the wrong size. Three times we have been promised that they will come back to fit and been let down each time . No real explanation. Terrible service for a very expensive service. Not good enough.

I never add reviews but I had such a terrible experience Castle renovation that needed to be shared. We put the order in June and took 6 months for them to complete the service that still need repair. They got the order wrong, the door did not fit the cat flap, they Brooke the classes and when they installed, they put the panels in the wrong side that I still waiting to be fixed. And the worst, its the terrible customer service. It felt that they were doing the service for free and treat us very badly. I do not recommend this company, go and find another one

What a great pleasure from start to finish. Found the designer a great help in whats available for our window and door choices. Proceeded to go ahead and from survey to a great installation of my new windows and doors has massively improved my homes heating and sound insulation would highly recommend to anyone looking for windows and doors to use castle home renovations.

I highly recommend Castle Renovations as a very professional, trustworthy company with friendly and knowledgeable employees. I had all windows replaced in my home and a new front door fitted. The process from start to finish was made stress free and I was kept up to date with time lines for work beginning and being completed etc. Martin was also happy to answer a few questions I had regarding paperwork and always called back promptly if he missed my call. The old windows/door being removed and new ones fitted was completed with very minimal mess which I was pleasantly surprised about and they are secure and look great. I have had no problems with them and my house has been noticeably warmer during the winter months. Paul and Martin are personable and helpful and I definitely recommend this company to anyone having work done on their property. Freddie
