Phone lines close at 4pm You will be waiting in a que for about 15 -20 minutes if you want an appointment Unfortunately I could hear everything the doctor/nurse and their patient was saying through the door in the main reception so their appointment was not private

Asked for a particular cream for my eczema, whilst requesting my inhaler, gave the full name clearly of the product just travelled to the pharmacy, waited 20 minutes to be fobbed off with some cheap non branded alternative that I didnt ask for, that would have been cheaper on the shelf! Service was great till this point, extremely disappointed and will be taking it right back tomorrow, its basically aveeno but cheap packaging and twice the price when paying prescription prices!

Will be putting an official complaint in with NHS England. I have an unbearable sore throat for 4 days which is a result of Covid but painkillers did not work or help the pain. GP said its covid what do you want me to do about it and refused to listen all he said was take painkillers although I told him repeatedly that painkillers are not making any difference. He gave me a numbing spray for the throat (made no difference) and asked me to do a throat infection swab bearing in mind I can barely swallow. He said the results can take 3 days so he was expecting me to continue in agony for 3 more days. Eventually called 111 who said I have a throat infection as a result of covid and I would need antibiotics, and painkillers wouldnt have helped anyway. Felt like the GP is either discriminating me based on my age or just couldnt be bothered as the call was less than 5 minutes. You wonder why 111 and the hospitals are struggling when GP Practices are fobbing you off for an easier life. Im definitely going to take this further and find a better practice.

worst service ever the health inspectors must go and check the practice , if you are really sick don't call this practice because you will end up dead or in hospital , first they keep you on the phone from 8 to 8.30 they will cut you off and when you call back they say the word ohhhhhh we are so sorry but call 111 , this GP is a joke and I will try my best to even report them to who ever I can in the country starting from google .

I have rung up all week at 8 only to be told all appointments have gone Im desperate to see a doctor to get hrt Im depressed and Im getting worse , they dont care there is no recourse nothing no help at all I feel like giving up , but Im so depressed I need the help I just want an appointment, Im sick of ringing up at the time stated and then to be told sorry no more appointments I feel like if doctors go on strike wont make a lot of difference as I struggle to get appointment now for something so basic and that will make such a difference to my life , its not good enough and the attitude of some of the staff is dire , how would you feel ask yourselves . I suppose they imagine just because patients live in the vicinity they should not Expect a decent doctors , well it should not be called a doctors you never see one!
