Only a 1-2 good GP's left at this practice. Since Dr Hasty left it's gone downhill. Took me 10 weeks to sort my online service details, I ended up having to go Thomas Walker Surgery behind the receptionist counter to tell them what needed doing. Fast forward until a few months ago, they changed their online service domain website and didn't tell anybody, it took me two months to receive an email with the new doctor link service. Now you have to make a whole new account with doctor link via the NHS, I use my previous details from my online services and upon entering them, they tell me the details are incorrect even know they match together. Very incompetent, receptionists are only good for taking appointments. Nobody is technical and the practice's manager hasn't got a clue about any of the online stuff. This place is a headache.

The most rubbish ever medical centre I have been in my whole life, Dr availability is big problem, the staff tell you to call to get an appointment and when you call they say to come over, when you go there they say we will call you back, when they call back, say take ibuprofen when you go to pharmacy there is no prescription. Go back to surgery they say you come back after one to see a Dr and get prescription.

Not interested, over booked and there's no connection to the patiant basically it's nod if your lucky and next patiant. Didn't want to listen, argumentative and definitely doesn't see you as human being.
