        The Jamaican bloke in here refused a refund point blank to my partner yesterday for a faulty Freesat box, because he didn't want to. Complete jobsworth .seems they have a habit of doing it in this store. Currently taking it further with head office. Have been told to visit another store to obtain refund . The box is faulty. Get a life.
