I then made an appointment at Peterborough dental hun who were fantastic and told me that I had a fracture in my tooth and it needed removing, which was causing all my pain.
If I hadnt of paid to go private I wouldnt have been treated.

I contacted them on Monday 24th April in regards to getting an appointment for a prescription of antibiotics over the phone as I had visited this practice in October 2022 to have my lower left wisdom tooth removed 3 if not 4 times all unsuccessfuly.
The receptionist was rude, she didn't care that I had a newborn baby or even my son to take or pick up from school.
I was presented with a reply of "this is an emergency service you cannot pick and choose what times you want to attend and I've already changed the appointment time to later on for you".
Well sorry, next time I shall leave my newborn at home and my son at school because you said so.
What an absolute shambles of a service!
I will also be formally placing a complaint with PALS as to - when you saw me in October last year was an updated x-ray not completed, after finding out today at a private dental clinic that I have had a dental abscess under the affected tooth for some time and the reason why your dentist was not able to successfully remove this tooth is because the anaesthetic was being neutralizied by the infection. Had you of taken an updated x-ray not used one that was 5 years old you'd have noticed this!
I left this place mulitple times in tears and absolute agony whilst being 6 months pregnant with the most horrific pain in my ear because the abscess is actually sat on my main nerve that leads through my full left lower jaw!
This isn't the first time you've got it wrong, I left this place with a fractured jaw in 3 places!
Sort it out, especially those unsympathetic receptionists!
