I had a severe phobia of dentists and it was not until I met the team at Total dental care that I was able to take the necessary steps to make things better. Their excellent process and care and patience throughout led me to a lovely smile, more confidence in myself and the ability to turn up for my checkups and care. Thank you so much

I tried to ask for a call back from the dental hygienist, which for reasons still unknown to me, took 4 days for a call back. All I wanted was for the dental hygienist to refer me to a different specialist, which apparently required a callback (which itself took 4 days) and another appointment. This was disconcerting as the urgency for the referral was heavily emphasised during the consultation yet they contributed to unnecessary delays. They have managed to find a way to make simple requests a complete behemoth of a task, including multiple excuses for the incompetence and lack of efficiency. They book appointments without notice or confirmation, then try to blame you when you miss them. Reception team took no accountability for their mistakes, and as a paying patient, I would have at least expected a direct apology from them.

I had a tooth extracted by Martin which turned out to be much more difficult than anticipated. Both Martin and Alina his nurse were extremely patient and diligent, constantly checking on my welfare and running over in to their lunch time to ensure that my treatment was done properly and not rushing it. I had great aftercare instructions and it has healed really well. Thank you to the whole team for making what could have been quite traumatic a really easy experience.
