The Hamptons Dental Care

After initially writing a previous review I have changed this due to having a telephone conversation with the practice manager of the surgery today, in which she explained the situation that they are finding it hard to recruit another NHS dentist and that my children are now back on a waiting list with them after accidentally being removed due to miscommunication of non attendance to an appointment. The practice manager was polite and helpful and explained that due to demand and unable to recruit staff to the surgery. I found her communication excellent and her response sincere and a good customer experience.

Have been visiting this dental practice for years now and have always received first class attention and treatment from both the reception team and Kamlesh. Would highly recommend Hampton Dental Care.

don't recommend this dental care to nobody, I went there to do feeling and they did, and after 2 days all service come off, and now I've been told it was a provisional, but if is provisional have to last till the date of one permanent, and I booked other appointment to complain, when I get there I've been told I don't have it. The owner of this place need the money to survive, don't care about quality of the service he offer to public. and I ask them refund my money they said not, I lost my money 114.75, they're not serious to trust your mouth.
