Reception are extremely rude!! Do not go to this dentist!! They just strike you off if youve not been for two years and dont let you know or write to you and then turn around and say theyre not taking on any new patients lol what an absolute joke.. Cannot get over how extremely rude and obnoxious the reception staff are there. Used to be quite nice, but they are vile now..

This dentist is very good, I dont like going to the dentist, and previous experience is why. This one however very calming, very good, explains what and why. I had treatment today and I am very impressed.

My first time at my Dentist stanground Dr Varaopoulol was very caring explained everything felt very comfortable would definitely recommend if your looking for a Dentist

Absolutely awful staff!! I registered at this dental clinic many years ago, and the dentist was very good, but the reception staff were absolutely terrible. When the dentist left the clinic (6 years ago), he told me that I would automatically become a patient of his successorbut that didnt happen. A year after the dentist left the surgery, he was eventually replaced by another dentist, and when I tried to make an appointment (I had severe toothache) the receptionist told me that I had to re-register with the clinic, and the waiting list was at least 2 years. She also told me that if I was in pain, then I should phone 911, or go to a hospital. What?!! Thats absolutely awful to treat people that way! I phoned the dental practice MyDentist, today, (27th February-2023) to ask if I could re-register as a patient, and the woman I spoke with was absolutely obnoxious!! She talked almost nonstop about why I cant register as a patient, and even though it shows on her computer that I was a patient in the past, I no longer qualify for treatment. When I politely interrupted her incessant monologue, to ask her a question, she replied; Dont interrupt me, youre not letting me finish! I told her that she wasnt allowing me to say anything, and she had been talking nonstop but not explaining anything properly. Result? The horrible woman told me; You are being rude, and disrespectful of me, and Im going to end this call. She put the phone down! For what?! I was never rude or impolite during the conversation, but she was definitely rude and impolite! The staff at MyDentist in Stanground, Peterborough, were, and still are, absolutely awful!!
