Fantastic service, not only from the receptionist who made sure my appointments were in the school holidays for my daughter, but after having 2 fillings I left wondering if it had anything done at all! Extremely gentle and attentive, I didn't even feel the needle to numb me!! Highly recommend A1 dentist surgery x

I am disgusted by this dentist. I had been with this dentist along time, trying to make a appointment our dentist left and they told us they would let us know when they get a knew one. Tried to book appointment many times, and no one told us we have to re reigster. Disgusting. Now I'm under no dentist because off these I cant afford private. Thanks allot.

So it took 5 months to fix my mothers tooth, cancelled a appointment because the dentist wasn't in so had another appointment made, 8 MONTHS AWAY, what a joke.

This dentist allows you to pre-book 6 months in advance but cancels the appt every time near when it's due, then I was told I had to wait another 8 on top when they were the ones that cancelled my appt...(for myself and my child) THEN I eventually got in 2 months ahead and yet again I have received another letter to say they have cancelled our appt and can't get us in and they suggest we go elsewhere. No decency to even call, you just get a cancellation letter, this has happened every year and suggesting I go elsewhere takes the mick!! It is essential for children to have their teeth looked at every 6 months and thanks to you that is well over due. If I book 6 months in advance I expect to keep that appt, not for it to be changed every time.
