I needed to return DHL parcels here. The first time it was impossible because the owner of the store was not in the store. I arrived the next day and it was the same. Suggestion for the shop owner: if you leave the workplace and it is impossible to leave DHL parcels - send information to google maps. You made me lose my time and fuel again coming here for nothing!

I won't do business with any company that uses DHL ever again! I stayed in as my delivery was supposed to arrive between 12 to 1pm. I sew the van and the driver, no telephone call or card posted through my letterbox despite leaving door open. Driver drove off. Got email 7 minutes about not being able to deliver and that a card has been posted through letterbox. Feeling frustrated Made telephone calls only to listen to alternated messages, when I got through, it was the wrong department. I went back online to have it delivered to a parcel delivery depot. I selected an address BP garage in Peterborough and thought the delivery would be awaiting when arrived. I went there and spoke to the cashier who knew nothing about it. Telephoned another number and was informed that the delivery would be there same time following day, and I was going to get a email confirming its arrival. No email and checked again online that delivery was refused. I was really angry and telephoned the wholesaler for a refund. I no longer want hassle of chasing it up. It should be 72 hours before I get the refund, but I'm not convinced. 220 may not be refunded. I'm beyond boiling point with employees that don't speak English very well. I've experienced a massive headache with this ordeal. I think a fictionoius company which doesn't exist will do a better Job.
