Only giving one star as there's no option for zero stars! Their internal communications are no-existent as far as I can tell. every communication from us to them has required me to call several different people (sometimes in the same department!) to repeat the information. This has resulted in a near-continuous stream of errors and oversights by Daisy, all of which have required us to waste time following-up, explaining (again, and again, and again), and trying to resolve their mistakes. Even now that we've cancelled all services and products with them, they are still wasting our time by sending us erroneous bills for non-existent services and phone lines. Just avoid them if at all possible.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I bet this is one of the most horrible companies in the UK. They make all sorts of mistakes due to their lack of internal communication. Our office recently moved out to a new premises and they forgot to cease the old telephone line and charged it on the bill. So I asked them to remove this charge and they are not sure whether they can do this or not. Also, they wrongly charge service fees in advance and they can't remove them from the invoice. Believe me this is not the only mistake that they made. Please avoid this poor company to prevent you from massive headache. Deal directly with main providers such as BT, Talk talk etc.
