CRAFTING CURRIES

A wonderful experience, Catherine is a fantastic chef, tutor, and host. The class takes place in her beautiful home, it's quite intimate and social due to the small size of class. Ingredients were well prepared so no time was wasted weighing them all out. I think this makes it suitable for both keen chefs and those just looking for a fun activity. I did the day class Taste of Punjab, I was paired with another student to cook the meals together. We then all sat down to eat what we had made at the end. A lovely day. Will definitely be back for more!

Absolutely fantastic cooking course, I loved every minute of it. Cathy was delightful, welcomed me into her lovely home and I learned so much about cooking curries I didn't know and gained huge amounts of confidence too, am so excited to give everything a try myself. If you want to make fab curries..much better than takeaways..well worth doing!

I just returned from the most wonderful afternoon at Cathys home learning all about Punjabi cooking. Our small group of four thoroughly enjoyed her insightful informal approach which was crowned by the meal we shared together. I cant wait to try to recreate the dishes we learned. Five stars!
