Please check your receipt when purchasing from the food store in Serpentine Green. Ive been charged twice for 3 items today and when I phoned to complain I was told the store is aware of the problem on the self service tills. I was also overcharged on a previous visit for a meal for 2 deal so it is definitely something M&S are aware of and should have corrected for their customers. Very disappointed with M&S , a store I felt I could trust

Good food, but the prices! Ciabatta sausage bun and a pot of tea in the cafe is now 7. A very small tangerine orange dessert that a few months ago was 1:10 is now 2, whilst a pack of English muffins have gone from 1:10 to 1:70. Butter that was 2:80 is now 4:50, whilst 3 for 6 offers are now 3 for 9. No wonder Aldi and Lidl are catching up fast. The more M&S price gouge the less we buy.
