After getting a lot of unwanted adverts on my phone when opening it from the locked screen, Ben checked my phone over found malware that had got through my antivirus app, deleted the problem and a barcode scanner app that was using a lot of memory. My phone is now running smoothly and there's no more unwanted ads popping up when I unlock my phone. He explained everything simply to me (no tech jargon I couldn't understand) and was friendly and professional throughout. I'd definitely recommend Ben for any of your tech issues that need sorting
