David Mallinder came into Action for Aspergers charity and transformed us from a large excel spreadsheet of clients to an effective CRM way of working, thereby moving us from the 1980s to the 2020s. David and I had a meeting to discuss my CRM system, or lack of. I was using a number of different systems, none of which I was using properly. We had another chat and David generously gave me his time and expertise to figure out exactly which system would be best for my needs. He really listened and worked through all the various options. He advice was objective and felt completely focused on what was best for me. In addition he gave me some great sales coaching with very useful tips. Im looking forward to working with David to help train me on how to use the system we chose properly. I would highly recommend Gemini Blue to anyone wanting unbiased, objective advice and expertise on managing their customer pipeline.

David delivered first-class training on Hubspot to our team over the course of a couple of days. His knowledge of the product, it's CRM integration and marketing capabilities was expert. From complete beginner to advanced level user, everyone on the team benefitted immensely from the sessions and his tailoring of the demos to our day-to-day business needs. Highly recommend his software training for business development.
