I am so glad I found Carl from MacLogics as I am 70 and a bit of a technophobe! My ten year old Mac was becoming frustratingly very slow and my emails were crashing. Carl promptly made a house call and quickly diagnosed and solved the problem by installing an updated operating system and extra memory. My computer is now super fast and efficient which is a great relief. The next problem I had was when I attempted to add a new external hard drive and then got into a panic as I thought I deleted all my files by one wrong click! With just one phone call Carl took control and found the files and intalled the new hard drive. Big relief! What impresses me about Carl is firstly his obvious Mac knowledge gained from many years of practical experience. Secondly he is extremely cautious by backing up all the customers data before he makes any changes, just in case! He gives sound advice and options and his rates are also very reasonable and will do only what is required. Finally what I really like about Carl is that he is incredibly patient, calming and reassuring with people like me who struggle with technology. As a very satisfied customer I have absolutey no hesitation in highly recommending Carl at Maclogics to you.

Karl responded to my request Sunday evening and by Monday afternoon had fixed my Mac Book Pro . Very quick and efficient, He also suggested future upgrade options, how to organise my large photo library and offered remote telephone support for this. Highly recommend, great service all round. Thanks
