I ordered 3 sets of labels from 3 different companies on the 16th. given the timing and the urgency I made a point of emailing each company to ask for date of delivery. I then received an email assuring me that they were doing their best to get the deliveries out by the 18th of December should I successfully give approval. which I then sent to make sure I would receive the items. 2 of the companies (fast labels and solopress) sent out my products in time to be used for the Christmas orders. the third flexiprint sent them on the 5th of January after was required and management refused to acknowledge that I had indeed emailed them to indicate the sensitivity of the order and the reassurance they had sent me on the 16th. I also called them to confirm that should I not receive my package before the christmas holiday they should cancel my order, I was told that this would be raised with production and heard nothing. Fortunately I kept the emails and while i did not record the phone call I can confirm that I have a screenshot with proof of the call. . I'm sure in regular times they will be an ok company but given the service and communications I received which included a management who essentially repeated the company line of they are custom and so we will not refund despite having not made their own email promise of dispatching by the 18th... I wouldn't use them again and I'd advise you not to as well especially if your order is time sensitive in pressured times. fortunately other companies exist that allow for exact dates of delivery even during pressured times.

Can't fault their support from design through to print. Very professional and at a great price!! Thanks for the poster it's just what was needed. i will be using you again in the future!!
