Personally can't give more that 2 stars (that does not mean they are not great). However the cost to print 1 copy of 180 pages is ridiculous. In there defence though, any company claiming printing services seem to change stupid prices.

I contacted Bookprinting UK as wanted a small run of books for a group l run. From first contact they have been friendly, helpful and efficient. Most contact was with Jane our technical expert who also said Bookprinting UK are a good company to deal with.

I got four books printed by BookPrintingUK. From start to finish they were excellent In every way. The young woman, Natalie, assisted me so well through the process. She could not have been more friendly, caring and helpful. My books came today. They are beautiful and I am delighted with them. I would definitely recommend this company.

The true measure of great customer service is what happens when things occasionally and inevitably don't work perfectly first time. Thank you so much to Caroline and all the team at Book Printing UK who were very patient and understanding with me. Caroline kept in regular contact and responded quickly to the (many) queries I had, as this was my first time undertaking such a project. I was updated every step of the way regarding the progress and final completion of my book, and the main delays with the final print were down to me, making several last minute changes, which the team duly obliged to amend with zero fuss. I would definitely recommend Book Printing UK and I hope to use their services again in the future.
