Ordered food at 1850 rang up to see where it is 2015 "it's on its way" rang up again 2035 as it's a 7 minute drive so if it's"on its way" where is it? Got an apology and an assurance it really is on it's way driver turned up 2050 2 hours after order was placed asked him how long he had the food in his car and he said I drove straight here with it, so please dont lie to customers if you haven't even cooked it 80 mins after order is placed. Food was ok but too wound up to enjoy it didnt even come from Lincoln road something not specified when ordered through just eat. Will never get our custom again.

I cant fault the food, it was scrumptious. HOWEVER the delivery service was absolutely appalling, and not professional at all thus my 2 stars rating. I placed my order at 7:40pm and it was due to be delivered 8:55pm. I got a notification around 8:50 that the food was on its way. It got to 9:05 and I gave the restaurant a call, they said the driver is a few minutes away, the delay was due because it wasn't coming from Lincoln Road but from Hampton therefore I gave them benefit of the doubt. 9:20, the food still wasn't here I called them again and stated the driver was outside my door then they said the driver is lost. Long story short, i got my food at 9:40! I explained to the driver if you were lost why didn't you call me or the restaurant for help! As you can imagine the food was icy cold, noodles was ok to heat but the battered chicken/squid wasn't good reheating. The restaurant did send me a fresh batch of my meal however it shouldn't of got to that as that was wasting everyones times, money and resources. Food 8/10. Delivery service 1/10, poor communication skills from from the driver to the restaurant and customer.
