The worst experience . Dont wash your car here . They broke my cap reservoir in front of me and they didnt t want to take any responsibility for it . They hit and bend it with the vacuum . It was a romanian employee that wanted to pay for the damage . They sent me to a local store to see how much was the damage and to come with the receipt . I webt to the store and they told me that i can find it only at a dealership or second hand online , so it was worthless , we could have aort it out amiable but when i came back the manager or the ownet i dont know what he was , was very rude to me and pointed out to look at the details on the banner . I checked very carefully and they said that they are not responsible for loat items or stolen from the car or for damages or repairs made previously to the car . It has nothing to do with the fact that they damaged my car in front of me . I asked them if they would have scratched my car no one was responsible ? Rudely the owner/manager said no and turned his back . Unfortunately this is not a police matter so i couldnt do anything about it and the police advised me to talk to a solicitor but the hassle is too big . My car is a mercedes c300 2017 . A brand new car that i bought 3 months ago and i was left to pay all the damages and nobody took the reaponsibility . Very bad service , very rude people . He saw that i was a woman and tried bullying me . DONT WASH YOUR CAR HERE . Service: Auto detailing
