Could do with some better signage, think they expect you to know where to go

I had a great experience at Boongate Kia because I had travelled a long way to buy this car, andIm in no way disappointed with. Its everything I expected it to be, exactly as described, and in perfect condition. There was only one small problem with the entire process, I was accidentally given the wrong Owners Manual, but I have been assured that I will be sent the correct one in the post. Apart from that one minor point the whole experience was perfection. I doubt that I will use them again, but only because I live nearly 150 miles away, and no other reason.

Went in for a recall on my car, the work was carried out while I waited. I was offered free tea or coffee and there was seating in the showroom. Overall a good experience.

Went into this dealership and we finished buying a car and doing a part exchange with our old car. We tested the new car while we gave the keys of our old car to the salesman (Robert) to do the valuation. Once we came back, Robert offered us X amount of money for the car and we accepted the deal and made all the paperwork (obvs we paid a deposit to secure the car). All the papers were signed by us and the dealership and we came back home really happy with our new car and an appointment to do the handover couple of weeks later. 2 days after this, the same person called us, saying that the part exchange value has changed, cos they run HPI checks on the car and is a Cat-N. In the same call, we talked with the manager (Simon), who stated that this is the new price if we want the car. The dealership argue that I should mention the cat-N of the car, saying also that run an HPI check is so expensive for them. I gave the keys, the salesman went to check the car while we were testing the new one for sure not was our mistake. We didnt hide nothing. We had few calls with them asking to honour the contract we signed, but they stated that the new deal is what it is, so we claimed our deposit back. They admitted that was their error, but the manager stated that in the contract is a small wording saying: subject to managers approval After 2 emails and 3-4 calls to the dealership we got a bank transfer with the deposit. Avoid this dealership, are not professionals, cheat you to close the deal and then changes the conditions of the deal forcing you to accept a higher price or not take the car.
