Brilliant company with a top service. The car I wanted was transferred across to the Peterborough branch within a couple of days and I could view immediately. The preparation of the car was brilliant considering the initial condition. Special thanks to Chris P for arranging the handover around me following a short delay.

I purchased a Peugeot 2008 and extremely happy with service from the guys in the office. Unfortunately we found a problem with the car and it needed to be returned to have a new strut fitted. Apart from not having a courtesy car available they fixed the car in a couple of days under warranty. Happy with the service, thanks again.

Fantastic service from Bradley at group 1 assured Peterbrough! Car purchased via a finance broker and Bradley processed the sale his end in an instant, payment received by them Friday morning and I was able to collect the car Saturday afternoon. Was a long drive to get there and was pleased to see my beautiful CLA glistening in the sunlight when I arrived. The car was perfect and as described, I am absolutely delighted with it! Was dreading being at the garage for ages doing the paperwork, but most of it was done by time Id got there, so just a few signatures and I was done! Think I was outside sorting insurance and tax longer than I was inside finalising the sale! Highly recommend this garage! The staff on site that day were friendly, informative and approachable. Thanks again Bradley for your great customer service, had a smile on my face the whole 187 miles home!!

What a truly incompetent company this is!!! After my father made several phone calls regarding a red Volvo cross country , after paying a deposit & arranging delivery of this vehicle, they delivered the totally wrong car & even worse we were then told that the red Volvo hed paid a deposit on had been sold . . Now I struggle to understand how, after my father was specifically asking the salesman about what shade of RED the car was & leaving a deposit on a RED car how they could then sell that car & deliver a different car in a dark blue colour, pure & utter incompetence is how!!! There was not even an apology, the salesman just kept saying its gone, what do you want me to do I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone wanting a professional, reliable company . Do not touch with a barge pole . !!!
