Auto Zone Peterborough

Bought a Range Rover and it was the worse experience start to finish Ive had buying a car. Started off with the car being delivered a week late, when it eventually arrived it came with loads of faults that were promised to get fixed and 3 months down the line only a select few have been, car sat in the car for 3 weeks waiting for the bill to be paid leaving me with out a car. Was told the car was going to get fully inspected before delivery still waiting for the report to this day, also got told the car would have a full valet and at least a quarter tank of fuel. It arrived with all the leather interior stained and marked and 12 miles of fuel. Worse experience ever avoid at all cost.

Avoid for all cost, they are not honest people and will try to screw you. They bought my car trough Carwow auction, and they was trying to lower the price doing something dodgy to my car. My mitake was to let them drive my car without me. When driver comes back started pointing that something is wrong with engine and wanted lower price. Just waste of time and my nerves, car is absolutely fine as I have valuation from main dealer and not some doggy garage.

Not a great experience from the start having bought a van here had the van only 2/3 weeks then a problem occurred took it back to them and they fixed it apparently went to go pick the van up with high hopes and then on the way home the van suddenly lost all power had to be recovered back to Peterborough which was another headache and cost and time which isnt helpful the guy at auto zone hired us a van which was very much appreciated while our van was being fixed he covered all costs and that helped out a lot until the van has since gone wrong again I keep texting him saying I wanted proof of all work done on van but he cant seem to rectify the situation by giving me that proof totally unacceptable and unprofessional I hope you dont great every customer like this never buy from here again

Got my renault clio on 18th oct .nice car ..very good service.. .UPDATE.. 9th Jan ..still waiting on the log book ..spoke to the company ..backlog with the DVLA ...sent all paperwork and emails no fault at all with these guys
