This comment shares some of my feelings and feedback. I bought the BMW5 series two weeks ago, it looks cool, the price is moderate, the overall hygiene of the vehicle is very good, and it is professionally cleaned. The engine is running well. Two weeks after driving home, the adblue system broke down. I took the car back for a professional inspection and found that three expensive parts needed to be replaced to solve the problem. After some more communication, jay, the owner of the store, promised to take care of all repairs and made an appointment. As a consumer, no one wants to buy a car that breaks down, but it may be inevitable. I don't know about other buyers' after sales here, but I got good after sales treatment, which represents that this is an honest car dealer. The only drawback is that the follow-up in terms of after-sales communication should be more professional, by which I mean having someone to explain and follow all the processes. And communication on apps such as whatsapp should be more timely. All in all, my impression is that this company is honest.
