School holidays and Easter probably impacting because it was very very busy, food was good, staff were helpful within what was possible for them. Very noisy today. I've gone down with a sore throat and beginning of cough overnight. C19 test negative so possibly an alternative virus, there are plenty around at present additional to c19 (I've met some one in retail, who tested positive ten days ago and according to Zoe app. possibly as many as 1.1M people with it and a bit under 90k getting it each day).

I've been here a few times before; the prices are amazing for the portion sizes you get and the staff are wonderful and the food is great. I've had to rely on the community fridge at times, and the staff were wonderful; one even noticed how anxious I was and helped me break the ice and shame around needing some help. Such a wonderful place and they really do pull the community together.

Worst food ever . Not fresh food. All either precooked or frozen . Do not eat here. All 3 f us were very ill after the food we ordered. Orders are always wrong...who puts cabbage in a B.L.T? Then no Tomatoes the 2nd time and the bacon and sausages.are precooked. The bacon was harder than the look the woman gave me after 8 minutes of just standing there . Abysmal service standards. There isn't a receptionist or a permanent till member. Customer service is non existent. Prices change every second for some customers..knudge knuge wink wink. The people that work there take all the free food and give the best stuff to themselves or their friends and family . It's a con and a joke . Needs to be investigated As the people that need it are not getting it . I've seen it with my own eyes. All the staff there need to trained how to cook ....or why charge people extortionate amounts for food that isn't even edible? I suggest sack everyone in this place and get a team who can actually run a cafe where the food isn't older than the the actual city. Never again . Why would the lottery give them 10 million pounds ? It's a waste .
