Appalling quality panels and truly shocking service! After multiple visits and reassurance of quality, had a sample length shown to me which caved in under the mere pressure of a finger and thumb pinch. Staff member didnt know where to look and after thinking about an answer advised me it was because it was a hot day !! Wow.... Just wow! Decided to end the meeting at this point and followed up the following day to discuss the possibility of better quality material panels, only to met with a statement that they wont deliver the order if placed, and also wanted 15.00 for the flimsy, low quality item they presented me with in store to show me the strength that gave way between my fingers .. Absolutely unbelievable !! Gobsmackingly rude response to a customer looking spend circa 1000 with trim and extras.. Maybe take a look at the shoddy, un-robust panels you are trying to sell as strong & robust ! ? No ?????? These panels wouldnt last 2 minutes in a semi, heavy domestic setting, but you try to sell people that they will ! Or anything they want to hear basically. Office is ran 99% of the time by a child who knows absolutely nothing about cladding, panels or anything related for that matter! Just nods along and tells you anything you want hear. Sorry, but the place is an absolute joke and the cheek to turn around to a customer and state there will be no delivery provided and by the way can you pay for the garbage that disintegrated in your fingers while your at it, just beggars belief!!! Oh and I forgot, once items leave there is NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE.. Again, just wow ... NOT a business, more a clown act and NOT a place I will recommend to anyone to be frank. Youll get better service from anywhere online or otherwise. All The Best, and thanks for wasting hours of my time and numerous trips over for this nonsense.....
