        We rang and booked an appointment time/date for this store, turned up at the time we had booked to find the store was not open. We then rang the numbers they had on the door multiple times with no answer. Over an hour later after my appointment time, we then received a text to say they did not have us in their diary and was sorry for the inconvenience. No phone call back to offer us another time or date. No consideration for the fact that we had travelled to visit this store. Very unprofessional.
