I'm so grateful for the recommendation I received for Inspired. Both my children look forward to each lesson and they adore all the instructors (especially senior ones Amy and Leah). The classes are well structured and always fun. The Hampton Dojo is a calm and welcoming place to relax for parents and children alike. First grading in two weeks, and can't wait to see how their journey progresses :) Thanks, Inspired! Hayley

My intention to know the facilities and practising karate stopped at the reception when they told me that karate is basically the same as kickboxing.

Been looking for a martial arts dojo like this for years, where I can go on different days every week which fits perfectly round my shift work. It's also encouraged me to lose weight, eat better and get regular exercise
