Such a shame to have to be writing this after using the dealer for 15+ years, however the way this dealer can go from being outstanding to awful is disappointing. Everything is fine until you call them out on an issue and they dont agree with you, I recently had vertical lines on my iDrive display and service centre denied any issue and didnt believe there to be a problem. Issue was raised with service manager with no resolution and the short version is that I was told take it to another dealer if I didnt like their opinion. Which I did and they replaced it without question. Was also incorrectly charged for a coil pack which should have been processed through warranty. Unfortunately, communication was not what it should have been. After an MOT revealed my car needed to have a repair I was told I could expect my car back the following day. The next day, when I noticed it was after 3pm and I had not has an update, I myself called Sycamore expecting to arrange collection of my car. Instead I was told that the wrong part had been delivered that morning and my car would need to stay in for another day. Of course I understand that mistakes happen, however If I had been advised of this setback early enough I would have had time to make alternative arrangements to be able to attend an important appointment later on that evening. Instead, I was forced to cancel and let down others due to having no transport. When I picked up my car the next day, I mentioned my disappointment to reception and I was told that someone would be in contact to discuss the issue. I have purposely waited over a week but heard nothing. I also filled out a survey in which I expressed my dissatisfaction, still, not a word from anyone. Sadly, this experience does not inspire confidence for using this company again in the future. Perhaps I will try Kings Lynn next time.

I got 71 Reg BMW X5 got issue with my car to start. As the key got some problem, and she is telling me we gonna charge you for that even is still in under warranty. Plus u have to bring your and arrange your drop of to home as we can't provide you courtesy car. What a bad service after buying 100k car and u got this sort of service. Definitely not gonna recommend and never buy next time BMW
